#My first time eating Panda Express and I'm impressed. It's pretty solid Chinese food ...and I've come from a family with background in Chinese restaurants. Get the mixed vegetables as the side, because that's way healthier then noodles or rice. #Mixed vegetables is basically an entree in my mind.
It's #sacrilege to go to Panda Express now that I'm back in NYC. But I kinda want to. -

I welcome Panda Express to Delaware Welcome Center. Although I used to enjoy spinach calzone of Sbarro's there and I believe Panda Express took over their space. Panda Express is the King of fast food Chinese in my opinion. Their food tastes the same and delicious at every location. Prices are reasonable, service is quick and good volume for the price. This new location is no exception.
I had a "Plate" with brown rice, black pepper chicken and walnut shrimp. It was pretty good except the walnut shrimp I tried for the first time. It has too much batter around the shrimp. I will stick with Kung Pao Chicken next time. -

Panda Express is a fast casual Chinese restaurant chain. This location is inside of the Delaware Welcome Center. You have the option to get a bowl (one entree and one side), a plate (two entrees and one side), or bigger plate (three entrees and one side).
Entrees include Orange Chicken, String Bean Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Shanghai Angus Steak, and Honey Walnut Shrimp.
My parents shared a plate with Mushroom Chicken, Broccoli Beef, and Chow Mein. I had a plate with Orange Chicken, String Bean Chicken, and Steamed Chicken. The food was consistent in flavor, taste, and freshness with those at other locations. -

This PE is located inside the Welcome Center of Delaware. Easy access off the highway.
Located all the way to the end of the facility, you go through other options, however.. I knew Panda Express was the one I would go for.
The line as pretty long, but moved quickly. Plenty of staff doing the most at keeping things fresh and hot.
Orange chicken is a stable of PE, and my other favorite is the Beijing beef over rice. -

Exactly what you would expect. A mix of choices that will clog your arteries and a few that will be more forgiving on your system. It's a great option for a quick bite. You have to ask for chopsticks. They will give you a cup for water for free if you ask.
